Check In/Check Out:
Check in time – after 4 p.m. on arrival date.
Check out time – by 10 a.m. on departure date.
- Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability and an extra charge.
- Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
